Cancellation Policy

No refunds. The $15 deposit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 10 minute grace period. After 8 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee applied to your service. After the 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. I charge $40 for any cancellations (including last minute reschedules) within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Failure to pay will result in not being able to book with me again. Please come with CLEAN lashes. This means no mascara/ lash glue on the lashes. I offer free lash baths but this can result in bad retention. Must have 40% of the lashes on in order for it to be considered a fill. If most of the lashes are outgrown, a removal will be needed. If you are unsure if your set is considered a fill, feel free to message me with a picture. No call- No shows will be automatically blocked from being able to book again.
